Challenge:

Gong, the Reality Platform leveraging artificial intelligence to transform go-to-market teams, plans to create 80 new jobs in 2022 at its recently established EMEA headquarters in Dublin. Gong were looking to hire positions rapidly in the following sectors to meet the growing demand within their customer base and for their product: 

  • Sales 
  • Marketing 
  • Customer success 
  • Engineering 
  • Information security positions 
Solution:

Gong picked Mason Alexander as their recruiter of choice for their R&D builds and sales operation positions due to our proven expertise and success in hiring in these areas.


We worked with Gong to understand their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and workplace culture to communicate their dynamic work environment to potential hires, whilst ensuring the Gong brand was fully protected and respected in the marketplace.


With a high level of technical requirements for each position and a tight deadline, we agreed on an SLA with Gong and implemented a well-developed process to ensure thorough screening of each candidate. 

Result:

Our marketing department worked closely with the key stakeholders within the Gong community to bring the Gong brand to market via our joint marketing options. We organised and managed a launch event night through which members of our candidate talent pool could sign-up and attend in order to discover more about the Gong community, products and work environment.


This event was hugely successful, generating interest within Gong’s target audience. Hiring is currently underway for these positions and our partnership with Gong has been rewarding on both accounts to date.
