Join the Endpoint Security Team as a  Technical Specialist (PAM), supporting the secure and efficient operation of Privileged Access Management systems across our Clients European operations. This role suits a mid-level technologist with PAM experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.

 Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day admin and support of PAM tools (e.g. CyberArk or Thycotic).
• Monitor alerts, manage incidents, and ensure system availability.
• Assist with configuration, upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery.
• Align PAM services with business goals and compliance standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Support audit, governance, and participate in major incident response.
• Collaborate with technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to service planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT security, 10+ years in IT overall.
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Understanding of network, endpoint, and cloud security.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, GDPR, OWASP.
• Desirable certifications: CISSP, Security+, PAM vendor certs.
