Our client is one of the largest Financial Institutions globally and they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager
your responsibilities will include reaching out to high-net-worth leads supplied by the company, assessing their suitability, and arranging in-person meetings.
Your objective will be to engage with potential clients, aiming to attract new clients and increase assets for the firm. This role requires strong entrepreneurial spirit and entails substantial communication efforts, and does involve cold-calling. You will actively participate in consultative selling to secure business deals. Dedicated support from portfolio management and client service teams will handle the transition and retention of client relationships, allowing you to concentrate solely on the sales aspect. Your direct supervisor will be the company director.
Requirements:
- QFA Qualified.
- Consistent and quantifiable individual sales success with stock market investors.
- 3+ years of success selling to high net worth individuals.
- Quantifiable track record in closing new investor business.
- Motivated mindset to set and reach goals: "money is a measure of success"
- Calculated risk-taker; willing to win-some, lose some.
- Proven closer; outstanding documented sales ability.
