Are you looking to take the next step in your planning career within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment? Our client, a leading Medical Device manufacturer, is seeking a Planner to join their growing Planning team.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and quick-learning team of four planners supporting both assembly and packaging operations. Every member of this team has been promoted since joining — a clear reflection of the company’s commitment to professional growth.

As a Junior Planner, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining daily production schedules, managing material control plans, updating work orders, and supporting reporting activities that keep manufacturing running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily material control plans and work orders.
  • Extract, analyse, and present data from Oracle ERP and Power BI dashboards.
  • Support the Planning Manager by running reports and providing updates for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Resolve planning and order issues, ensuring production targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address NCRs and keep product movement on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desired.
  • If you do not meet the education requirement, you may be considered with two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a planning or materials control role, ideally within Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Power BI (utilisation), and Oracle ERP (preferred).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment (Medical Device experience highly desired).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with planners, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply general knowledge to understand business processes and identify solutions.
  • Calm, proactive, and organized approach in a high-energy, constantly changing supply chain environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine drive to succeed and contribute to team success.
