Contract opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to join an established player in the Medical Device industry. This is a key contract role driving operations at a new manufacturing site, this site is seen as the engine of growth for this company.
As Senior Operations Manager you will act as a lead on multiple highly complex product launches. You will sit on the sites leadership team and provide guidance as new production lines are launched and scaled successfully.
Requirements:
- Senior Ops leader with experience scaling medical device manufacturing.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing / Engineering / Program Execution.
- Someone who is calm under pressure, great with cross-functional leadership.
- Proven track record with KPIs, ramping new lines, customer delivery.
This is an initial 6 month contract position with a high likelihood of extension.
