We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a pioneering MedTech company, headquartered in Dublin, that is transforming patient care on a global scale. As Finance Manager, you’ll take on a broad and impactful role at the core of the company’s operations—supporting strategic growth, financial governance, and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience who is looking to expand their leadership capabilities and make a real difference in a values-led, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Core Finance Operations – Manage purchase orders, accounts payable, expenses, liquidity, cash flow, and the month-end close process.
  • Drive Process & Systems Improvement – Lead upgrades of finance systems, implement policies and controls, and enhance process efficiency as the business scales.
  • Lead Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and investor packs to meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
  • Ensure Compliance & Governance – Oversee audits, statutory accounts, VAT, corporation tax, R&D tax credits, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, working closely with the VP Finance and departmental leads.
  • Strategic Business Partnering – Provide performance analysis and commercial insights to support informed decision-making across the business.
  • Support Corporate Projects – Contribute to financing transactions, investor due diligence, and corporate structuring or M&A integration initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Approximately 2–4 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Prior experience in MedTech, healthcare, technology or growth-stage companies is not required but advantageous.

What’s on Offer

  • A highly visible role in a mission-driven organisation.
  • The chance to contribute directly to improving patient lives globally.
  • Hybrid working and a collaborative culture with a strong team.
  • Excellent salary and benefits package.
