Our public sector client seeks a motivated Business Analyst with cybersecurity expertise to support the Chief Enterprise Architect and Head of Cybersecurity in aligning security initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business/security requirements.
• Align cybersecurity with business objectives.
• Analyse business processes and recommend security improvements.
• Maintain documentation and develop reports.
• Assist in audits (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST2).
• Coordinate user testing and support governance standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders and contribute to project success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst (ideally with cybersecurity exposure).
• Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Familiarity with Azure, O365, DevSecOps, and system integration.
• Relevant certs (e.g., CBAP, CISM, CISSP) and ITIL are a plus.
