Day one Corporate Partner role with a leading mid-tier firm. Advising private and public companies across a range of business sectors. Advising on a full range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; private equity investments; fundraisings and corporate restructures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex M&A transactions – medium deal sizes, on average €5 million - €20 million transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Corporate Partner or Senior Associate with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law, preferably from a top 20 law firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
- A proactive approach to client service and business development.
