Strategic Tech Recruitment Partnership: TD Securities
Challenge
TD Securities needed to hire high-calibre candidates with a strong mix of technical expertise and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ideally from Financial Services or similarly regulated environments. Despite their own efforts, filling these roles proved challenging.
Solution
We divided the roles among our consultants based on sector expertise. Each recruiter then:
- Proactively sourced candidates within their specialist area
- Engaged their networks and headhunted top talent
- Worked closely with our marketing team to strategically advertise and maximise reach
- Highlighted the strengths of TD Securities as an employer to attract interest
