We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a high growth manufacturing facility in a pivotal role where you will be driving the plant’s financial and operational performance.

This is a highly visible role, sitting on the Plant Leadership Team and working in close partnership with the Site Director and wider corporate finance function.

As Senior Finance Manager you will be a trusted business partner who uses financial insights to shape strategic decisions, drive efficiencies, and continuously improve performance across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, providing financial and operational insight to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Act as a business partner to the Site Director and peers across other Integer sites, supporting plant performance and profitability.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support operational decisions, cost efficiency, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the corporate accounting team, who manage reporting and transactional finance, to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities for better efficiency and performance across the site.
  • Provide robust financial leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About You:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a multinational organisation.
  • Strong operational mindset — able to translate financial data into meaningful actions and decisions for the business.
  • Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving efficiency, improvement, and change within a manufacturing or operations setting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with dotted-line reporting.
