I'm working with a SaaS company in Dublin looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for their team. This is a hybrid role of 2 days a week in the office in the D15 area.
Responsibilities:
- Representing and branding the company's services by making professional outgoing calls to prospective clients.
- Involved in research and building customer’s interests in the services, and products available.
- Engaging the client on calls to share information related to the services.
- Gathering and recording accurate client details, and maintaining/updating/completing. databases as new information is gathered.
- Responsible for completing thorough updates and hand-overs with team sales members/team leaders and contributing to projects, and process improvements.
- Experience with existing SDR toolsets SF/Outreach/Chorus/etc. and experience with new AI tooling is important.
- Ensuring data integrity info in Maintaining all New Leads Generation Records within the toolset.
- Good understanding on building Compelling Client Value Proposition.
Requirements:
- Candidate would preferably have a 3rd level qualification (diploma/degree) in marketing/sales or significant proven experience.
- Evidence of success in previous SDR roles.
- Previous experience, particularly with outbound sequences is required.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office tools a must.
- Have excellent phone etiquette with clear, and confident communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and be coached is critical.
- Be a team player, who can work in a target driven environment with strict targets and deadlines.
- Have a high level of initiative, and multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
