Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful investment firms with a 40+ year track record of investment excellence. Our client is currently going through a period of expansion and they are looking to hire a Principal or Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring portfolios covering various asset classes including auto loans, aircraft leasing, real estate, student loan debt.
- Investment analysis.
- Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis.
- Preparation of quarterly reviews and presentation to Investment Committee.
The key attributes required from successful candidates are:
- 8-12 years relevant experience at minimum (i.e. investment banking, audit, aircraft leasing, real estate, equities, syndicated finance, FIG, corporate finance, private equity, transaction services, restructuring, corporate services, deals or credit rating).
- Excellent academic background.
- ACA or CFA qualified not essential but preferred
- Strong commercial awareness.
- A deep understanding of financial statements / financial modelling.
