A leading international software company is seeking a Junior Solutions Architect to join its European and Latin American team. This is a client-facing technical role supporting solution design, implementation, and ongoing customer success.
You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to analyse requirements, design integrations, support deployments, and help shape customer solution roadmaps. The role also includes involvement in pre-sales activities such as technical demonstrations and RFP responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document technical requirements with clients.
- Design and support system integrations and API-based solutions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise software.
- Act as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Support releases, upgrades, and customer solution roadmaps.
- Contribute to pre-sales technical presentations and proposals.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills (Java, REST APIs, JSON/XML, databases).
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and modern development tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skill.
- Cloud migration experience.
- Tableau or analytics tools.
- Financial services or insurance domain knowledge.
