Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Operations & Helpdesk Lead to manage IT operations across a modern hybrid infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on role combining infrastructure support, helpdesk leadership, security management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily helpdesk operations and SLA performance
- Support and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure
- Manage VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Office 365, and networking environments
- Administer Aruba switches, Fortinet firewalls, Veeam, Intune/Defender, and MS Teams telephony
- Monitor system performance, backups, security, and capacity planning
- Manage user access, permissions, and compliance processes
- Support continuity planning and failover testing
- Drive process improvements and infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior infrastructure or network support role
- Strong experience with VMware, Windows Server, networking, and cloud technologies
- Previous experience leading helpdesk teams and technical projects
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of security, backup, and business continuity practices
