Our client is seeking an experienced  Senior IT Operations & Helpdesk Lead  to manage IT operations across a modern hybrid infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on role combining infrastructure support, helpdesk leadership, security management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily helpdesk operations and SLA performance
  • Support and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure
  • Manage VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Office 365, and networking environments
  • Administer Aruba switches, Fortinet firewalls, Veeam, Intune/Defender, and MS Teams telephony
  • Monitor system performance, backups, security, and capacity planning
  • Manage user access, permissions, and compliance processes
  • Support continuity planning and failover testing
  • Drive process improvements and infrastructure enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior infrastructure or network support role
  • Strong experience with VMware, Windows Server, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Previous experience leading helpdesk teams and technical projects
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Strong understanding of security, backup, and business continuity practices
