The Role at a Glance
- Tech Stack: Python (FastAPI/Django), React.js, LangChain, OpenAI Agents.
- Focus: Engineering "Agentic AI" solutions that move beyond chatbots into true autonomous orchestration.
Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will bridge the gap between robust software engineering and cutting-edge AI:
- Architect & Build: Design full-stack applications with a Python backend and React frontend.
- AI Orchestration: Develop multi-agent systems and decision-making frameworks.
- Lead Innovation: Evaluate the latest Agentic AI design patterns and drive their adoption within the enterprise.
- Observability: Implement tracking for AI performance, evaluation, and reliability.
- Agile Delivery: Work in a high-octane DevOps environment to deliver production-ready code in iterative sprints.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in full-stack application development.
- Python Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and modern frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Frontend Expertise: Advanced React.js skills (Hooks, State Management, TypeScript).
- The AI Edge: Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI Agents, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Cloud & Scale: Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization ( Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: A degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
