The Role
As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll work directly with senior management and contribute to board-level reporting, while helping to strengthen financial planning capabilities during a period of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support a pivotal trial and ongoing scale-up
- Enhance and develop financial modelling capabilities across the business
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to senior leadership, Board, and investors
- Identify and implement effective cost control initiatives
- Support commercial decision-making and fundraising activities
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- 3–4 years’ post-qualified experience in FP&A or a related role
- Experience in life sciences, medtech, or a similar regulated/innovative sector preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
