About the Role
Are you a practical construction troubleshooter who knows how sites actually run?
We are a vertically integrated residential developer-builder with a large pipeline of active schemes across Ireland. We’re looking for a Digital Project Delivery Lead to fill an unusual, high-impact dual mandate: solve real operational friction on live sites, and turn those solutions into software.
You’ll sit at the intersection of live construction site operations and product engineering—embedding alongside QSs, construction managers, and site leads to fix bottlenecks, while translating those hard-won learnings into structured requirements for an affiliated AI/proptech engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot on Site: Embed into live residential schemes to identify and fix high-cost, high-friction operational bottlenecks from tender through to handover.
- 🌉 Bridge Operations & Tech: Translate real-world construction challenges into structured workflows and product requirements for software/AI engineering teams.
- 🤖 Drive AI Adoption: Roll out in-house digital and AI tools directly into site workflows, measuring success by actual productivity gains—not just tool deployment.
- 📊 Deliver Clear Insights: Surface data-driven insights that give site leads and executive management clear visibility on time and cost metrics.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in construction delivery, digital construction, or project controls (residential or large-scale build experience preferred).
- A proven track record of stepping onto a live site, diagnosing operational friction, and fixing it fast.
- Ability to speak both "site" and "software"—translating messy site realities into clear product specs.
- Deep familiarity with standard construction stacks: BIM/CDE (ISO 19650), ACC, Asta Powerproject, CostX, and Power BI.
- Practical understanding of the Irish construction market and delivery environment.
