We've partnered with an early stage company scaling in Ireland who are looking to hire a Backend Engineer.
They are building a project-scoped, AI-assisted platform designed to ingest heavy project documentation, reason across complex data, and automate critical industry workflows (like RFIs, variation drafting, and site reporting). This isn't about building a fragile AI chatbot wrapper; it’s about architecting a robust, scalable B2B SaaS platform that solves messy, real-world operational problems.

Backend Engineer (TypeScript), permanent.
Background:
- 5 to 8 years’ experience, with TypeScript as their main language and some Python experience.
- Postgres or another relational database
- Strong at hands-on delivery: able to take work from a conversation to production on their own
- Nice to have: LLM or RAG work, document parsing
- Cloud experience (we use GCP, but AWS is fine)
