Are you the "Missing Link" between Claims Operations and Data Science?

We are seeking an  AVP / SAVP of Claims Data Mining & Exploratory Intelligence  to join a leading global Insurance firm in  Dublin  (Hybrid).

This isn't your standard analytics role. You won’t just be looking at what happened; you’ll be defining  why  it happened and  how  we solve it.

The Mission 🚀

Sitting within our Data Mining Center of Excellence, you will lead a team of "detectives" who reverse-engineer claims outcomes. You are the architect who identifies leakage, overpayments, and adjudication gaps, turning those insights into blueprints for our Data Science teams to build.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Strategy:  Build the roadmap for enterprise-wide exploratory data mining.
  • Bridge the Gap:  Translate deep operational claims knowledge into scalable analytics concepts.
  • Deep Dive:  Investigate billing behaviors and systemic inconsistencies across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines.
  • Influence:  Use data-driven storytelling to guide executive decisions on risk and ROI.

Who you are:

  • Claims Veteran  with 15+ years of experience in payment integrity or claims-focused data mining.
  • Subject Matter Expert  across complex healthcare environments (Medicare/Medicaid/Behavioral).
  • Strategic Translator  who can speak "operations" to the business and "data" to the tech teams.
  • Leader  who thrives on curiosity and hypothesis-driven investigation.

Why this role?

You’ll have the autonomy to shape the "what" and "why" of our analytics strategy in a high-impact, permanent role with flexible hybrid options in the heart of Dublin.
