We’re seeking a driven Account Director with strong hunting and account management skills to position as a leading IT Comms & Solutions partner. You’ll engage senior stakeholders up to board level, building relationships and driving growth across Enterprise Connectivity, SDWAN, Security, Cloud, and Voice Services. This role will focus on the Munster region and will require someone to be ingrained in this market.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt and develop new enterprise opportunities.
- Build C-level relationships and create account growth plans.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deliver on sales targets.
- Craft compelling proposals and negotiate complex deals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years senior enterprise sales experience (Connectivity, SDWAN, Cloud, Security, Voice).
- Strong C-level influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in competitive environments.
- A self-starter mindset with drive, resilience, and commercial acumen.
