EU Engineering Team Team Build: Veda
Challenge
Veda wanted to build an EU-based team remotely and required a top-tier partner aligned with their company culture and goals to do this.
Solution
- Mason Alexander hosted weekly calls with the Veda team to discuss progress, shortlisted candidates, and relayed candidate feedback.
- Mason Alexander initially screened candidates and then supported a three-stage interview process, which consisted of two technical interviews to determine skillset and experience, and one HR interview to ensure culture match.
Result
- Successfully deployed a software engineering team including a Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager who were culturally aligned with, and worked seamlessly alongside the customer team.
- Delivery timelines were exceeded.
- The full team was delivered 3 weeks ahead of the planned schedule.
