VP Client Solutions
My client is a global FinTech business providing complex risk solutions to over 40 million clients. Our client is looking for a VP Client Solutions to join their Dublin office.
This is a key client facing role within our Europe, Middle East & Africa team. The purpose of the role is threefold:
To manage and grow existing accounts across the EMEA region.
Provide pre-sales expert support to the sales team in EMEA, helping to win new business.
Remain involved with new clients from pre-sales through to post-sales scope definition.
Strategic Account Management: with a focus on (a) ensuring long lasting commercial relationships and as well as (b) increasing revenue growth per account. This will involve developing and implementing comprehensive Strategic Account plans for each customer, developing deep multi-level relationships in each account and developing clients into strong advocates for the firm.
Pre-sales: Actively work with the sales team in pre-sales initiatives across the region, be viewed as the SME and product expert and remaining involved with client projects until scope is locked down.
Proven sales ability to existing customers, and ideally, new customers.
Experienced account manager who has a record of developing deep multi-level relationships with clients.
Experience of presenting to clients at a senior and executive management level.
Experienced and astute commercial operator.
Experienced in business application (not IT software) sales.
Probably a background in technology or as a Business Analyst implementing IT projects at financial services
Excellent communication skills – presentations, written and oral.
Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills.
Problem solving skills.
This role will require a certain amount of regional travel.
