One of our leading customers is looking to add a Mid Level UX Designer to their Dublin team. They need someone with a strong focus on delivery of user interfaces in an enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly formed team who are working on greenfield projects centred around SaaS solutions.

You will be joining a department of 5 Designers who are driving delivery forward and you'll be working closely with Developers, Architecture, and Product. The team will be building innovative solutions to bring success to the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience

  • Highly motivated, eager to learn and a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process and design thinking practices including how to use research, user stories, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve design solutions that users love

  • Ability to explain and present your creative choices and design process to stakeholders and colleagues

  • A high-quality portfolio showcasing that you have experience in applying a user-centred design process which includes artefacts such as research documentation, wireframes, UI designs, design systems, graphic designs and interaction specifications for web applications and native mobile

  • Proficiency with current industry design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin.io, InVision, Axure, etc.

  • Hands-on and passionate about contributing to research, experimentation, and visual design processes

  • Up to date on visual design trends

  • Highly organised and thrive in rapid-paced environments
