Are you an ambitious and experienced Team Administrator with advanced level PowerPoint skills? My client who are market leaders in the Real Estate sector, have an exciting opportunity available for a tech savvy, motivated and driven individual to join their dynamic, creative and collaborative team in their state-of-the-art office space in Dublin City Centre. This role has come about due to a number of recent promotions within the Administrative function, and as such offers the right candidate excellent career progression opportunities, full benefits and competitive salary. Please note IT skills testing is required to be considered for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet of all incoming guests, clients and visitors

  • Diary Management for multiple Executives

  • Preparation of relevant documents for meetings

  • Preparing and updating complex PowerPoint presentations to include charts and figures - collating figures to update presentations

  • Travel arrangements

  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up adequately  

  • Meeting organisation - internal and external meetings

  • Processing expenses

  • Monitoring e-mails, and prioritising urgent information

  • Creating board packs

  • General admin support for documents, letters, calendars and meetings

  • Assist office manager with day to day operations including stationary ordering, liaising with vendors and suppliers

  • Ad-hoc project assistance as required

 

Requirements:

 

  • Advanced level user of PowerPoint and Excel is essential, with intermediate knowledge of Word *testing required for eligibility

  • 3+ years providing administrative support to a team of busy Executives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Judgment and decision-making ability
