MA Tech are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for an excelling company based in Dublin. While the offices for our client are based in Dublin - there is a level of flexibility in relation to remote working as part of the week.

In this role you will be responsible for the ongoing management of a number of customer accounts and the organising of project deliveries to customers. You will act as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring that a controlled delivery program is run, and the customer is provided with continued support post implementation. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys to work with a number of clients while still contributing to the implementation itself within the project.  
 

Responsibilities:

  • Defining of customer projects with both external and internal teams

  • Client facing - working with a number of clients on a day to day basis 

  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget and of highest service level

  • Ensuring all issues both technical and other are resolved in a timely manner for each customer 

  • Deliver enhancements to existing systems 

  • Organising delivery on new systems for both new and existing customers

  • Project planning 

  • Act as point of contact for all client communications 

  • Reviewing all deliverables ensuring that all standards of both quality and expectations are met

  • Directing of project means on project status to identify any potential issues or opportunities

  • Develop new opportunities for account growth

  • Report on account performance and development plans 

  • Be present and engage on customer meetings, presentations and workshops 

  • Creation and updating of data trackers and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a technology environment - preferably having work on implementation projects previously 

  • Excellent communications skills 

  • Excellent reporting skills 

  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders 

  • Ability to identify technical and commercial risk in business opportunities

  • Customer relationship management experience

  • Strong technical awareness - particularly with systems in Life insurance companies

  • Expertise in business development
