Sales Manager

Our client is a young Fintech Start-up in Berlin that is looking to grow their Sales Team!

What will you be doing there?
  • You will be the main touchpoint for new and existing clients to identify, accompany, and close big deals
  • On the phone or in meetings you are going to deliver unforgettable sales pitches
  • You are able to listen to clients, take their feedback and implement it into new product ideas
  • You develop tailored solutions to customers' pains, needs and interests
  • You collaborate with all departments to drive the company to new heights
  • You are looking at the latest trends and identify new market opportunities
What should you bring to the table?
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Ideally you are experienced with SaaS and B2B sales experience you know how to sell complex solutions
  • You are great at negotiating and you have excellent communication.
  • Developing and executing a successful sales strategy is part of your work
  • You already worked with SME clients and you have dealt with their C-Level (thats a plus!)
  • You are a German native speaker with fluent English
