Our client, a scaling Irish company is seeking a Sales Development Executive to join their team due to rapid growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to join an established and entrepreneurial organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our customers’ ambitious growth objectives. You must have experience in a B2B sales role, supporting sales targets, are comfortable working with partners, generating leads and qualifying lead prospects through to demo stage. You will work from home permanently so the only commute you’ll need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important.
 

What you will be doing:

 
  • Research, Qualify & Source New sales opportunities through strategic outbound and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Understanding Customer Value, Complex Buying Cycles and support the customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Achieve and drive demos to achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research new business accounts identify key players and generate opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand a detailed database of prospects within an assigned territory.
  • Team with partners to build pipeline and support them to close deals.
 

About You

  • You have Solid experience in a similar Lead Generation and sales / field sales role with strong B2B experience.
  • You have experience in overturning objections.
  • You have Telesales experience with the ambition and drive to succeed.
  • You must have proven experience with meeting and exceeding sales targets!
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You must be self-motivated and be comfortable working on your own initiative.
  • You have strong excel skills and excellent organisational skills.
  • You have superb listening and presentation skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage your time effectively.
  • You have remote working experience.
