Mason Alexander – Business Intelligence Hub

What does the job involve?  


  • Working closely with key stakeholders in Mason Alexander’s tech division to support them in delivery on projects for their clients. 

  • Play a key role in deepening the relationships we have with global companies who value that quality of service we give them.  

  • Sourcing candidates based off client requirements and requests, through our own extensive database, candidate referrals, and LinkedIn. 

  • Employing effective screening methods to support the team to fill current and future search assignments. 

  • Join client meetings to understand a brief and develop strategies to deliver on mandates we are working on.  

  • Proactive marketing of candidates and liaise with marketing department for adverts being placed. 

  • Conduct market research and produce talent insights for clients. 

  • There are many other opportunities that can transpire internally for someone who is inquisitive, ambitious and wants to develop their career further. This role will give them an amazing platform to do that.  


What we are looking for in someone:  

  • 2/3 years’ experience as a tech recruiter or resource/researcher.   

  • Experience working with Hiring Managers / Recruiters to refine job specs and target profiles. 

  • A sourcing expert: you are comfortable with using different tools to help attract the best talent. 

  • Experience with reaching out to candidates and pitching roles via phone or video call.  

  • A passion for delivering an excellent service.  

  • Reliable, motivated, pro-active, willing to take on responsibility. 


The ideal candidate will be super organised, a whiz on computers, enjoy systemising process and likes to have fun! Most importantly, they don’t take themselves too seriously.
