Head of Global Customer Solutions - Dublin

We have been retained by one of the most innovative and exciting technology companies in the world who are looking for a Global Head of Customer Solutions to take responsibility for CS worldwide

Some of the key areas of focus for the role are:

  • Responsible for the execution of our clients CS strategy across all regions 
  • Accountable for Improving customer satisfaction and success
  • Lead & Support the team through significant growth
  • Help define the role of CSM for and drive hiring, development and accountability across the department
  • Collaborate with the QC & Training team to ensure professional development and top level performance
  • Align with the rest of the management team on mutual business goals
  • Achieve operational excellence by continuous measurement and communication of metrics to the team and leadership
Previous experience running an international CS operation for a technology/online business of scale is essential
