Our client, a Plc based in Dublin is going through a period of exciting growth across the business and are recruiting a group reporting manager for the team in a newly created role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of published financial reports in accordance with IFRS

  • Collaborate with statutory accounting teams, tax and other finance functions to support the preparation and review of accounting positions, policies, and financial statements

  • Group accounting for complex areas/items

  • Prepare/review technical accounting memos for significant transactions

  • Develop strong relationships with senior finance management across the wider business

  • Provide insight on or prepare new or existing accounting policies

  • Identify improvements to existing processes or new processes to add value

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with 3+ years’ PQE (gained in industry/practice)

  • Excellent IFRS financial accounting experience

  • Experience of a plc environment would be desirable

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders
