Our client, a scaling Irish company is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team due to rapid growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual who prides themselves on offering an exceptional experience to patients and customers. The successful candidate will work from home permanently so the only commute you’ll need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important.

What you will be doing:

  • Dealing with inbound calls from existing and potential new patients (bookings, enquiries, making and scheduling appointments.

  • Responding to patient enquiries by email, answering texts, and supporting social media communications via our technology platform, Genesys Cloud.

  • Booking patients in for video consultations via Calendly.
  • Liaising with personnel regarding any issues/escalations.
  • Keeping up to date on all treatments/products/promotions.

  • Developing collaborative, positive working relationships with patients and internal teams.

  • Aiding patients with any issues and escalating where appropriate.

  • Always supporting full confidentiality.

  • Being a primary contact for patient enquiries about products and brand.

  • Ability to communicate professionally, empathically, and concisely to patients. 

  • Supplying the ultimate in-patient experience.


About You

You will have a minimum of 2/3yrs customer service experience.
You are competent providing high-level patient support including sales orientation of products.
You have experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools.
You are a quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on the brand's history, product offerings and communication style.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with excellent phone etiquette.
You have a proactive personality and are self-motivated.
You can demonstrate high levels of initiative with the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
You are proven to be organised, methodical and rigorous.
You have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
You are a team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
You have remote working experience and capabilities.
