Customer Success Associate 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Our client are disruptors within the e-learning space and are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills.  As a member of their Client Services team, the Associate Consultant will provide hands-on user, content, and site administration services.  They will also deliver training webinars and provide end-user support for our global clients and partners.  This is an opportunity to develop your client services skills as you work side by side with a team of seasoned consultants providing world-class services to top companies around the globe. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Key responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a high level of product proficiency. This includes learning all aspects of their platform and associated best practices 

  • Deliver engaging product training webinars to our clients and partners 

  • Provide technical support to clients and partners via our online Help Desk 

  • Delight our customers by providing timely, accurate, and friendly service 

  • Assist with content development such as building and testing the platform for clients globally 

  • Assist with the site and user administration 

  • Provide support to Client Services Consultants  

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

 Absolute must have experience: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role delivering exceptional training, administration, and/or technical support services 

  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS solutions in a corporate environment 

  • Experience as a proven “power user” of a complex enterprise software system 

  The necessary skills: 

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at once. 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. On a daily basis, you will need to communicate professionally on the phone, via webinars, and through well-crafted emails. 

  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to listen and understand client needs and requests 

  • Quick and independent learner.  We need people who are motivated to roll up their sleeves and able to figure things out on their own with minimal supervision.  

  • Passion for helping clients and colleagues, and a desire to wow people with superior service. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

  • Experience of zendesk and salesforce is a plus
