What does the job involve? 

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of a busy office 

  • General office duties and assisting colleagues with administrative tasks 

  • Answering phone calls and routing as necessary 

  • Maintaining and liaising with facilities on management of office 

  • Booking travel 

  • Organising meetings and managing databases 

  • Organising company events 

  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies & catering 

  • Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable 

  • Bank reconciliations 

  • Contract workforce co-ordination and compliance 

  • Liaising with contract workforce on queries including payroll and payments 

  • Credit Control 

  • Managing monthly expenses 

  • Helping with other ad-hoc requirements and projects that come up 

Requirements to apply 

  • Third Level Qualification 

  • Strong Computer skills – Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Excels at multi-tasking in a fast paced, quickly changing environment 

  • Reliable, self-starter, motivated, pro-active, willing to take on responsibility 

  • The ideal candidate will be super organised, a whiz on computers, enjoy systemising processes and likes to have fun!
