Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on complex technology, outsourcing, and commercial contracts.
- Supporting clients in the technology, fintech, and digital sectors with regulatory and compliance advice, including GDPR and other privacy frameworks.
- Working on cross-border transactional work involving IP, licensing, and technology transfer issues.
- Advising on commercialisation of intellectual property rights.
- Engaging in thought leadership and staying abreast of legal and regulatory developments in the tech space.
- Collaborating closely with other practice areas including corporate, financial regulation, dispute resolution, and tax on multidisciplinary mandates.
- 2– 5 PQE, qualified in Ireland, England & Wales, or another common law jurisdiction.
- Solid experience in a leading commercial/technology law practice in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong working knowledge of contract law, data protection, and IP in a commercial context.
- Experience advising on outsourcing, SaaS, software licensing, and other IT-related agreements is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality, solution-focused advice.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
