Jenny is MA’s People & Operations Manager — which means that her role revolves around making it easier for the rest of us to do our best work. That’s why she takes home the title of ‘Office Mum’ every year. She recently returned to college after an eight-year break to study Human Resources Management and is leading the HR function within MA. When she’s not focused on employee happiness and satisfaction, you can find her hiking, speed-reading, travelling or doing anything involving dogs.
James spent over 10 years’ working in the technology industry before joining MA to lead strategy and transformation. Now he’s responsible for team growth and management, managing key accounts, business development and CxO engagement, driving the entire organisation to create the best possible customer experience for our candidates and clients. In fact, coaching people to be their best is what James loves most about his role.
Aisling leads MA’s Office Support division, working with administrative professionals from junior through to senior level and building valuable relationships in professional services, FMCG, financial services, tech and more. Before joining MA, she had a successful career in the insurance industry where she worked for a number of high-profile multinationals managing key accounts across commercial and personal lines.
Rob is a founding member of Mason Alexander. His non-executive role focuses on national and global client relationships. He also plays rugby internationally for Ireland and is chairman of IRUPA.
Sarah is a results driven marketing enthusiast with a first class honours degree from DIT and an extensive background in marketing. Sarah collaborates with the team on new projects and ideas and in her spare time you can find her travelling, hiking and being a Mum for her two dogs! She has a true passion for all things marketing!
After working a lot of jobs he didn’t like, Andrew knew he couldn’t be the only person looking for the perfect fit. So in 2013, he founded Mason Alexander to place amazing minds in amazing places to work. Now, Andrew drives the purpose, mission and madness of MA — and he isn’t one to hide behind his CEO title. He’s approachable, helps out wherever needed and encourages everyone to bring their ideas to the table no matter what position they hold.
After training as a Chartered Accountant in Dublin, Rosie left for New York in 2011, where she established her career in the hospitality industry. Since being back in Ireland 5 years, she continued to work in the retail and hospitality industries but is looking forward to her next chapter at MA and bringing everything she's learnt from large, high demanding corporations to the finance function at MA.
Ziggy joins our marketing team to assist with content, events and strategy. Coming from a fast paced communications and PR background, Ziggy brings the enthusiasm and drive to propel MA to new heights. Ziggy is a conveyor belt of innovative ideas!
A Connemara native Mary has 8+ years of STEM recruitment experience focused within the Technology and Life Sciences sector. Mary spent 5 years in the USA recruiting in the Medical Device & Biotech markets before joining Mason Alexander to launch our Life Science division. Mary has a wealth of experience recruiting technical talent in candidate short competitive markets, her passion lies in partnering with and supporting customers to attract and hire best in class talent.
James leads the investment, corporate finance and accounting teams at MA. His industry knowledge and strong track record in front office hires means he has an extensive network of relationships across Ireland, the UK, the US and Europe. James holds a degree in Psychology and, with over six years under his belt at MA, prides himself on understanding exactly what his clients need and delivering on that.
A graduate of both DIT and DCU, Daire spent eight years working in software development recruitment with GCS Recruitment before joining MA. Today he’s a Principal Consultant for the Frontend Software Development market for all permanent hires. When he’s not at work, he’s running, trail running, cycling, taking part in triathlons or trying to stick to his annual reading goal of at least 12 books a year. And while he recently built a house, his proudest achievement was cycling the Ring of Kerry.
Before embarking on her recruitment career in 2017, Eva’s experience was in academic research and professional services and she has a BSc in Applied Psychology. She also travelled the world, living in Australia for a while and spending a summer volunteering at an animal sanctuary in Namibia. Today, Eva is our senior researcher across Banking and Financial Services, focusing on candidate generation and regeneration.
Anna’s recruitment career spans nearly 10 years and has seen her progress from admin to her role here at MA as principal consultant in the corporate finance and investment space. Outside the office, you’ll find her being the best Mum possible to her 3-year-old son (her proudest achievement) or ticking another exotic country off her bucket list. Before MA, Anna spent nearly six years in recruitment in both Ireland and Australia. She holds a BA in History and Archaeology.
David is a sports marketing professional with over 20 years of hands on experience managing athletes, working with brands in sponsorship, communications & strategic consultancy.David is experienced as a mentor and life skills specialist, working with high performance sports & professional sports as well as brands, agencies and rights holders.
Fun fact: Aaron’s full legal name has 10 syllables in it. As a consultant with MA Technologies, he currently works in the software engineering space and specialises in the DevOps/cloud contract market. Before MA, he spent nearly two years working in healthcare recruitment as a senior consultant and then moved to Randstad where he worked in life sciences, A&F, sales and marketing, and tech recruitment.
Sophie has a BA Hons degree in Human Resource Management and has spent over 8 years within the contract tech recruitment space. She is now responsible for managing our tech recruitment business alongside managing our contract business. She is really passionate about the contract market and has a deep understanding of this space and how adding contractors to a business can help grow their business and revenue. She believes in delivering a red carpet service to all of our customers whether that’s a client or a candidate. She loves seeing people develop and helping people hit their career goals.
Ian has over 10 years’ experience recruiting in across the technology sector. For the past four years his focus has been in the DevOps and Cybersecurity. He is very passionate about technology and enjoys attending industry events. This allows him to meet up with industry leaders whilst keeping his finger on the pulse. When Ian isn’t working Ian enjoys cooking, watching all types of sports and spending time with his family.
Melissa has extensive project recruitment experience and is focused on sourcing top talent for our client base. She has joined MA to manage our Project Solutions service and is responsible for the full recruitment process including; sourcing, screening, assessing, and branding – creating a unified hiring approach, reducing costs, and delivering this service at speed for our clients looking to hire whole teams.
Michael is a qualified Solicitor, having trained with a leading law firm with offices in London and Dublin. He moved into recruitment in 2014 and has over 7 years’ experience working in the Legal Recruitment sector. Michael joined MA to build out and lead the legal division. He works on a full suite of legal roles from Newly qualified – Partner level and both in-house and private practice. Michael has built up a reputation as one of Dublin’s leading legal recruiters and a go to person in the market.
Tara is Head of Partnerships at Mason Alexander and oversees our communities; Leaders of Tech, WWMB and MA Sport. Tara is passionate about the importance of building an engaged and inspired community and has previously lead the membership strategy for AllBright and The Groucho Club in London. She has years of experience building brand partnerships in Ireland, Australia and the UK and is looking forward to taking our communities to the next level!
Since starting his recruitment career almost 6 years ago Paul has focused on developing his recruitment skills and takes great satisfaction in providing a quality recruitment service to both clients and candidates. He has recruited for a range of businesses across different industries including large multinationals. Paul has joined MA's technology team to support the java and open source market. A qualified Fitness Instructor Paul likes to keep fit, and enjoys regularly attending the gym, playing soccer and GAA.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from UCC, Christine took to the technology space working as a Business Analyst for a number of companies from big four firms to reputable multinationals. After almost 4 years, Christine took her skills to the world of recruitment and has since looked after the PMO market, utilising what she knows of the market from both a candidate and client perspective. Christine will continue to work on the PMO market here within MA.
A graduate of DCU, Barry has nearly 6 years of technical recruiting experience. Working as part of the successful Technology Team, he covers the .Net contract market. He is passionate about helping companies attract the best talent available, putting a huge emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service to both the client and the candidate. Outside of the recruiting world, Barry is a massive sports fan and an enthusiastic cook!
Sinead is multi-skilled and meticulously organised with a wealth of experience working on Project Teams for large-scale international construction projects. Adaptable and skilled with myriad digital technologies, Sinead joins MA as a Business Support Administrator. Sinead is a hobbyist’s hobbyist with a keen interest for all things creative including photography, weaving, crochet, illustration and a lot more.
After completing an undergraduate Law and French degree in UCC, Lena graduated with a first-class honours MSc in International Law and Business from Smurfit Graduate Business School where her love for all things business and innovation grew. After completing her FE1 examinations and having worked in various legal roles in the European Parliament, to Corporate Law firms over the past five years she decided to make the transfer to the recruitment industry, where she can use her enthusiastic, hardworking, and people-centered approach to help both clients and candidates find what they are looking for.
