Commercial law firm based in Dublin is seeking to hire a talented and ambitious corporate solicitor to join their corporate/commercial department. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' PQE. The role will involve an emphasis on M&A transactions and corporate and project finance, with elements of corporate advisory and commercial contracts. 

Requirements

• 2-5 years' PQE
• Strong academic background
• Excellent drafting skills and a commercial mindset.
• Corporate and/or finance transactional experience from a top tier or mid-tier commercial firm in Ireland or overseas.
• You enjoy dealing directly with clients and working as part of a close knit team.
