My client is the brand new property division of a leading Asset Manager. The role will involve working with the Development Team, predominately with the Sales & Marketing Manager providing sales and customer care support as follows:
Market research:
Collating data on houses / apt prices, market activity, competition on existing schemes and as part of due diligence work on new site acquisitions
Pre-sales:
Market Research – pricing and key trends in specification and market activity
Liaising with agents and solicitors; provide reporting on legal and sales progress prior to sale closing
Preparation marketing collateral and implementation of agreed and campaigns against specific timelines
Liaising with Interior Designers to deliver show houses
Aftersales:
Progressing snag lists
Co-ordinating handover of keys to buyers of the homes
Providing demonstrations to new homes buyers – i.e. how the heating system works etc. Dealing with customer queries and sales enquiries
Note-
This role will suit a professional with a passion for property/real estate. Someone with an eye for compliance but can think outside the box, with a get things done attitude. The list of duties is a guide to the position but other ad hoc tasks will arise as the role grows.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience of providing sales, after sales and customer service support is essential.

Previous experience within a property development company or residential sales agency is desirable.

You will be self-motivated with a passion to work in the property development industry

Ability to deal with customers and handle customer care issues

Confident, with excellent communication skills
